Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 44duit ("Platform"). This document governs your access to and use of the 44duit website, including all services, features and content provided on it.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any service on the 44duit platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full, without exception.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the 44duit platform immediately and contact our customer service to close your account.

User Eligibility

To use the 44duit platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be residing in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities.
• Register using personal information that is true, accurate and current.
• Not be under a self-exclusion period imposed by 44duit or any responsible gambling body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on the 44duit platform. Registering multiple accounts, regardless of whether different identities or different contact details are used, is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms of use.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid identity card or passport number.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address and a reachable mobile phone number.
• Bank account number or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

44duit reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account. The account password is entirely the user's responsibility and must not be shared with any other party.

Deposits and Payment Methods

44duit supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all payment methods. All deposited funds must come from an account registered in the name of the same 44duit account holder. Using third-party accounts to make deposits is prohibited.

• All deposits are subject to an internal verification process.
• 44duit reserves the right to request proof of account ownership before processing a withdrawal if there is any discrepancy.
• Any attempt to deposit using a method not listed will not be processed and the funds will be returned.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), except for cryptocurrency payments which will be converted based on the current rate.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for all methods. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the method selected and the time the request is submitted.

All withdrawals will only be processed to an account verified in the name of the same user. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Any wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Funds obtained from suspicious activities or violations of the rules are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 44duit reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for investigation purposes if there are signs of unusual activity on the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

44duit offers various bonuses to members, including a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 on the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus value received. For example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Another example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, an account balance of RM3,700, and a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 44duit reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse of the promotions system.
• Other promotion terms (such as VIP cashback, birthday bonuses or referral programmes) are stated separately and are subject to their own respective conditions.

General Betting Rules

All betting activities on the 44duit platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and tennis, must be carried out in accordance with the game rules set by the respective game providers and the general policies of 44duit.

• Betting results displayed by the system are final. Queries may be submitted to customer support if there is a clear technical discrepancy.
• The use of automation software, bots or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Intentional risk-free arbitrage trading or misuse of bonuses is a violation of these terms.
• Bets placed during a known technical disruption may be cancelled by 44duit once an investigation is complete.
• 44duit reserves the right to limit or adjust betting limits for specific accounts at our discretion.

Responsible Gambling

44duit is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be purely a form of entertainment and not a primary source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

Our platform provides the following self-management tools to help users stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposit amounts.
• Betting Limits: Limit the total amount wagered in a single session or within a set period.
• Temporary Break (Cool-off): Suspend your account temporarily if needed.

• Multiple accounts are found registered under the same individual.
• A user under the age of 21 is found to be using the platform.
• An account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Violation of any condition in this terms and conditions document.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting 44duit customer support via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds will be returned once the investigation process is complete.

Limitation of Liability

44duit is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss or business disruption.

The 44duit platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or always available without interruption. Technical disruptions that occur beyond our control are not the liability of 44duit.

• Betting results are final unless a verified system error is proven.
• 44duit does not bear responsibility for losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Laws and Jurisdiction

44duit operates under international licensing. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws and procedures set by the relevant international regulatory licensing body.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the 44duit platform complies with the laws in force in the jurisdiction where they reside. 44duit does not provide legal advice to users and recommends that users seek independent legal advice if necessary.
